The station will be taking part in a charity event in the Community this August 3rd 2019 to aid in the on going research and support of Leukemia and Lymphoma.The Event is being put on for its second annual event, that will feature a fun challenging poker game to raise money for the cause.
Founder of the yearly event Tim Regan is working hard to get more awareness of the many suffering from this disease.
In 2018 Mr. Regan was the number one fundraiser for the “Light the Night Event” in the entire State of Arizona and was even featured on a Phoenix local billboard, and mentioned in Forbes and Bussiness Journal magazines.
” I got involved to be able to give back and honor someone I truly loved & respected. My Uncle Ray Lopez. He was diagnosed with Leukemia and passed just 7 days later. It was pretty crazy. I don’t know how else to explain it. But it left a big impact on me and now I want leave a big impact on cancer research.” quoted Tim Regan.

The 2nd Annual Tim Regan Charity Poker Classic is a fun, no-limit, Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament created to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). LLS is the largest nonprofit dedicated to creating a world without cancer.
Tim Regan, dedicates the event in remembrance of his Uncle Ray Lopez. Ray lost his battle to leukemia within a week of diagnosis but his legacy lives on. Event guests enjoy a poker tournament, silent auction, raffles, giveaways and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community. The event features professional table and dealers, with a first-place prize package valued at over $1,000.
